Case Management for a health solutions provider
A large health solutions provider engaged Deloitte Digital to develop a roadmap for a new customer care contact center based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Deloitte assessed the client’s current support methods and priorities and identified the need for a Contact Center case management solution to better manage customer care activities. In addition, we identified that the client lacked a proper customer engagement strategy and therefore insights into customer care operations. Deloitte Digital developed a customer engagement strategy and provided a great example of digital transformation by implementing an enterprise-wide, cloud-based solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
