What motivates you at work?
Well, what motivates me is basically - and mostly, my team. I am very lucky to have really skilled and talented people in my team, and this is actually my daily motivation to be honest.
What is special about Deloitte Digital?
I think the network is the special thing about DD. Having so many colleagues, having international exchanges and collaboration, this is something I really enjoy.
If you could be anywhere in the world tomorrow, where would you be?
Normally if I am at a business event I would like to go home, BUT there are so many kind and interesting people here (at DD's yearly practice meeting). So I am really looking forward to today's party and whatever comes along. I am truly happy to be here.
What has been your highlight at DD so far?
I guess there are many highlights, to be honest. Maybe the most valuable highlight was that we were struggling for a long time to grow the business - and I think we are currently reaching a turnaround point where we are expanding, something I am really proud of and which motivates me to continue my work.
