Our client had the potential to develop and scale new innovative business models using existing data and assets. But potential product ideas were unstructured and they needed a common approach to manage their innovation pipeline. Key obstacles were existing data and knowledge silos and leveraging use cases across the group. Customer data needed to be anonymized and analyzed regarding their monetization potential.
We assessed market potentials for innovation projects, created business cases, developed roadmaps and designed go-to-market strategies to capture monetization potentials. We then implemented a machine learning-based data anonymization prototype to facilitate data exchange and re-use. Lastly, we supported in the set-up of a corporate data lab environment to facilitate internal projects for data-driven innovations.
It is crucial for companies to innovate beyond their established business models. All existing assets can be a great lever to future-proof their business.

They now manage their innovation portfolio by themselves, empowered by structures, frameworks and templates around Big Data governance, anonymization and innovation portfolio management.
