The Insight

On their 75th anniversary, our client had decided to relaunch their global E-Commerce website. They were not satisfied with the content marketing and brand capabilities of the Hybris WCMS (v4.8) and decided to procure a standalone one. After a vendor selection process, Adobe Experience Manager emerged as our solution, and we successfully executed its implementation and integration with SAP Hybris Commerce.

Our Impact

After a 4-week discovery phase to determine scope, create a PoC on AEM-Hybris integration and decide on the hosting of AEM, the implementation was kickedoff to deliver all templates and components in the first 6 weeks. First trainings and UATs were conducted in parallel to the delivery going full steam. After this milestone, the team focused on the implementation of interfaces to Hybris Commerce and Solr.

From kick-off to launch in a bit more than 5 months in outstanding quality – a tremendous team effort considering the complexities of the integration and the sheer load of content!”
