Deloitte migrates a company-wide CRM platform in just one year by using conemis software
Deloitte and conemis look back on many years of successful collaboration. In joint projects, data migrations were primarily realized for Salesforce applications. For example, connectors for SAP CRM on premise and SAP C/4HANA were newly developed and a total of 268 million data records were migrated for a financial services customer. In addition to existing Salesforce instances, other CRM systems and databases were also used as sources
2,500 CRM users in 9 roll-outs
During the last joint CRM migration, even nine roll-outs with 3 million records and over 500 MB of files posed no hurdle for the collaborating companies. Within the one-year project, the conemis software made it possible to keep the majority of the source and target systems running simultaneously during the migration. Synchronization could be set up quickly and effectively. The provision of predefined migration configurations, automation of the chatter migration, and consolidation and enrichment of SAP accounts with data from the old Salesforce organization were additional success factors in this project. The customer was a leading German automotive and industrial supplier with around 83,000 employees at over 200 locations in more than 50 countries.
